POLYSEMY ships your items from Singapore anywhere in the world, for free in Singapore and for any international orders over 100$. We will ship your piece within 48 hours. The shipping will take between 3-4 days for domestic orders and from 10 days to 14 days for international orders depending on your destination country.

If you would like to receive your purchase faster than that we could have your items couriered for an extra cost, just send us an inquiry via email and we will get back to you on the relevant extra cost and duration of shipping.



All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. POLYSEMY will declare full SGD value of your purchase on all international shipments and will include an invoice for customs should they require it.



POLYSEMY accepts PAYPAL. Please note that you can pay with your credit card using PAYPAL even if you do not have a PAYPAL account. The items will be shipped shortly after receiving confirmation of your payment. 



POLYSEMY will often have promotions or discounts running. You will be prompted to enter your discount details soon after confirming your CC or Paypal information. Before the final payment confirmation you will enter the discount code and your total will be updated.



Your piece is hand finished and therefore delicate. Jewellery is fragile and should be handle with care. Excessive bending will cause the pieces to break. In order to achieve a long lifespan of your pieces, POLYSEMY advises you to keep adjustments to a minimum. It is important to keep your jewellery pieces in sealed (best if air-tight), cool, dry place away from the sun. If you are in Singapore or somewhere humid, sealing the jewellery piece keeps it away from moisture. Avoid spraying perfume directly on the pieces. To polish it, simply use the anti-tarnish cloth provided. Don’t use any chemical product.



All sales are final but should your piece have any manufacturers faults please contact us by email within maximum 14 days from the time your piece arrived and we will be happy to arrange for an exchange or full refund.
